If an item arrives with defects or quality concerns, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Size or Color

• If you received the wrong size or color due to our mistake, we will send a replacement for free.
• If the order was processed correctly based on the details you provided and you wish to make a change, we are unable to offer refunds or free replacements once the order has been fulfilled.

Change of Mind

• If you decide that you no longer want the item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Incorrect or Missing Item

• If your order arrives with the wrong item or a missing product, we will send a replacement at no charge.

Damaged Parcel Upon Arrival

• If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the item free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

• Ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot take responsibility for this error.
• In such cases, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement order.

How to Return Your Order

If you need to return any part of your order, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email info@trek-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Return Address: Our team will review your request and provide a return address.
   • If we do not receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return request will be canceled.
3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials.
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking information with our team.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days through your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Pre-orders
• Items that have been used or are no longer in original condition.
• Promotional Items (including Buy-One-Get-One deals) – Returns are limited to a maximum of two promotional items per order.

Products Damaged in Transit

If your item was damaged during shipping:

• Take clear photos of the damage and the product label on a flat surface.
• Email these photos with a description to info@trek-footwear.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
• We will send you a replacement free of charge.
• If a second issue occurs, we will issue a full refund.
