    2. Approval & Return Address: Our team will review your request and provide a return address.
      • If we do not receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return request will be canceled.
    3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials.
    4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking information with our team.
    5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days through your original payment method.

    Non-Returnable Items
